UPSC Recruitment 2021 Age limit:

Economic Officer, Assistant Public Prosecutor:

  • Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years

Assistant Executive Engineer, Programmer Gr. A, Public Prosecutor:

  • Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years

Senior Scientific Officer:

  • Maximum Age Limit: 38 Years

Age Relaxation is applicable through Government Rules. OBC/EWS category candidates 03 Years Relaxation, SC and ST category candidates 05 years Relaxation, PWD category candidates 10 years.

UPSC Recruitment 2021 Eligible Criteria:

Economic Officer:

  • Graduate degree in Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or
    Econometrics.

Assistant Executive Engineer:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Three years experience in planning, construction and execution of Civil Engineering Projects.

Programmer Gr. A:

  • Master’s Degree in Statistics / mathematics/Operations Research/Physics or Economics/Commerce (with Statistics) or degree in Engineering/Computer Science.

Public Prosecutor:

  • Degree in Law of a recognized University.
  • Seven years practice at the Bar in conducting criminal cases.

Assistant Public Prosecutor:

  • Degree in Law of a recognized University.

Senior Scientific Officer (Ballistics):

  • Master’s degree in Physics or Mathematics or Forensic Science with Physics or Mathematics or Forensic Science as one of the subject at B.Sc. level.
  • Three years experience of analytical methods/research therein in the **relevant field.

Senior Scientific Officer (Biology):

  • Master’s Degree in Zoology or Botany or Anthropology or Human Biology or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Genetics or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Forensic Science with Zoology or Botany or Forensic Science as one of the
    subject at B. Sc. Level
  • Three years experience of analytical methods/research therein in the **relevant field.

Senior Scientific Officer (Chemistry):

  • Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Toxicology or Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subject at B. Sc. Level
  • Five years experience in the field of Chemistry or Toxicology.

Senior Scientific Officer (Documents):

  • Master’s degree in Physics or Chemistry or Computer Science or Forensic Science with Physics or Chemistry or Forensic Science or Computer Science as one of the subject at B.Sc. level OR
  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering / M.Sc. in Information Technology / Masters in Computer Application / Bachelor of Engineering in Electricals & Electronics / B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation / M.Sc. in Cyber Security.
  • Three years experience of analytical methods/research therein in the **relevant field.

Senior Scientific Officer (Lie-Detection):

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology or Criminology.
  • Three years Research/Analytical experience in Applied Psychology or Criminology/Crime Investigation.

UPSC Jobs 2021 Application Fee:

  • Rs. 25/- for General, OBC Category .
  • Rs. 0 for SC, ST, PWD, Female Category.
