☛ BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engincering from reputed Institute/University/College in the following Engineering disciplines – Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Science / Electrical / Civil Engincering.
☛ 02 years experience
✤ Project Officer – I (HR):
☛ Two years in MBA/MSW HR / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations degree from reputed University/Institution/College.
☛ 02 years experience
✤ Trainee Engineers-I:
☛ BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Arch Engineering from reputed Institute University/College in the following engineering disciplines-Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science / Electrical/ Civil/Architecture/ Environmental/ Chemical Engineering.
☛ 06 Month experience
✤ Trainee Officer – I (Finance):
☛ Two Years MBA in Finance from reputed University Institution College.

BEL Recruitment 2020 Salary:
✤ Project Engineer-I/ Project Officer-I will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended up to a maximum of FOUR years (including the initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/-, Rs.40,000/-, Rs.45,000/- and Rs.50,000/- per month for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of contract respectively.
✤ Trainee Engineer-I/ Trainee Officer -I will be engaged initially for a period of ONE year which may be extended up to a maximum of THREE years (including the initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.25,000/-, Rs.28,000/- and Rs.31,000/- per month for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of contract respectively.
