CSL Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:
☛ The selection process will be conducted at Cochin Shipyard Limited, Kochi, or will be Interviewed through electronic media in view of Covid-19 epidemic issues.
☛ For the posts of Assistant General Managers, Managers & Deputy Managers, The short-listed candidates will be assigned on the basis of marks The following parameters for selection:
A) Work experience in relevant job/field: 40% marks.
B) Powerpoint presentation on work experience: 30% marks.
C) Group discussion: 10% marks.
D) Personal Interview: 20% marks.
☛ For the post of Deputy Manager (Design-Information Technology), depending on the number of online applications, Objective/ Descriptive type Tests may be conducted.
☛ For the posts of Assistant Manager (Legal) and Assistant Manager (Design-Information Technology), the method of selection will include Group Discussion and Personal Interview followed by Objective Type Test, Descriptive Type Test.
