The centralized recruitment process for the appointment of Various ‘Adhyapak Shayak’ in Non-Government Grant-in-aid Colleges as per Resolution No: NGC/1019/CHE768/Kh. dated 23.12.2019 issued by the Department of Education.
Department of Higher Education, Gandhinagar, Gujarat has issued NOC for the appointment of 780 posts of Assistant Professors with nomenclature ‘Adhyapak Sahayak’ in Non-Government Granted Arts, Commerce, Science, Home Science, Rural Studies, Physical Education. , Education through a centralized recruitment process, and law college. The management officers of the respective colleges have given their consent for this Centralized recruitment process. Education Qualification for this Post:

✤ Qualification for Adhyapak Sahayak in Education (B.Ed.) colleges: 

 

☛ A Master’s degree in a related subject with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) Grading system is followed at the grade level).
☛ M.Ed. Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade on a point scale where grading system is followed).
☛ Candidate should pass the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC And CSIR or a similar examination recognized by UGC SLET / SET.
☛ Only candidates with Ph.D. The degree is exempted from NET / SLET as per the criteria mentioned in condition 5
 Qualification for Adhyapak Sahayak in Law colleges: 
☛ Good academic record with at least 55% marks by the concerned university (or a similar grade on the point scale where the grading system is currently in force) Master’s Degree LL.M. An equivalent degree from an Indian university or a recognized foreign university.
☛ Apart from fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate should pass the National Eligibility Test (NEET) conducted by UGC / CSIR or a similar examination recognized by UGC such as SLET / G-SET.
☛ Only candidates with Ph.D. As per the criteria degree no. 5 is exempted from NET / SLET.
 Qualification for Adhyapak Sahayak in Physical Education colleges: will be as per the NCTE regulation 2014 (Appendix-7) and UGC regulation 2018 (Para 4.8). 
✤ B.H.S. Colleges Qualification for Assistant Professor will be as follows.
☛ For Agronomy subject B.R.S. Colleges as per UGC Regulation 2018 (para 3 and 4).
☛ BSC (Agriculture) /B.R.S. (Agronomy) and M.Sc. (Agriculture) / M.R.S. (Agriculture Science)
With NET / SLET or Ph.D.
☛ For Economics subject B.R.S. Colleges as per UGC Regulation 2018 (para 3 and 4).
☛ BA (Economics) /B.R.S. (Economics) and M.A. (Economics) / M.R.S. With (economics) NET / SLET or Ph.D.

 

Application Fee:

250/- For General and OBC Candidates.
100/- For the SC/ST/PWD/.
➤ Mode of Payment:  Application Fee Pay only by Online fee mode Credit Card, Debit Card,  Net Banking, IMPS.

Salary:

✤ The appointment will be on probation for the first five years with a fixed salary of Rs. 40,176 (Rs. Forty thousand one hundred seventy-six) or as per the Government’s resolution issued from time to time. After completion of five years, if the services provided by the candidate are satisfactory after verification of workload The proposal of the college concerned will be absorbed in the regular pay scale of the Government of Gujarat.

➤ Step 9: An application form will open after login into the website. Fill the application carefully. A candidate can edit the details of the form till the fee is paid online, but after payment of the fee, the candidate cannot edit/update the details in his form. Candidates are advised not to wait till the last minute for online payment of fees. If a candidate makes a mistake on his / her own online application form, such an application will not be considered. A candidate will have to provide his mobile number forever. Do not change this number until the selection process is over so that communication can be done whenever necessary.

 

➤ Step 10: On every page and clicking on ‘Save’ and  ‘Next’, an application form has to be filled. To pay the fee, go to the payment menu, pay it online, and get a print of it. It should be noted that once, the online fee is paid, a candidate cannot edit the online application form.
