ICMR Recruitment 2020 Education Qualification for this Post:

✤ Scientist-E (Medical):
MD/MS/DNB or equivalent degree* recognized by MCl/NMC in relevant specialization, as mentioned below, with seven years R&D/Teaching/Working experience in a Govt./Public Sector/ Private Institutions. 
✤ Scientist-E (Non-Medical):
First Class Post Graduate degree with Ph.D. from 50 years (for ICMR a recognized University in Biotechnology Hqrs. New with six years of R&D/teaching/ working Delhi) experience in a Govt/Public Sector/Private Institutions. 
✤ Scientist-D (Medical):
MD / MS / DNB or equivalent degree * recognized by MCL / NMC in relevant specialization as mentioned below with five years research and development / teaching / work experience in government / public sector / private institutions.
OR
The MBI degree is accredited by MCI I NMC with a Ph.D. Relevant specialization as mentioned below and four years R&D / teaching experience working in private institutions in a government-run government sector.
✤ Scientist-D (Non-Medical):
First-class postgraduate degree with Ph.D. In any of the below-mentioned subjects with four from any recognized university Experience of working in a government / private sector / private institutes in the years of R&D / teaching: –
1. Sociology
2. Social work
3. Psychology
4. Biology / Bioscience
5. Biotechnology
6. Botany
7. Bioinformatics

ICMR Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:

☛  In the first instance, all candidates who meet the minimum eligibility in relation to age, educational qualification, and experience (wherever required).
☛ If the number of such shortlisted candidates is high and it is not possible to call everyone for an interview, ICMR will further list the candidates on the basis of candidates with high experience or high academic qualifications in the respective fields. , As the case may be, and as decided by the appointing authority i.e. DG, ICMR.
