ICG Recruitment 2021 Age limit:

  • Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age Limit: 22 Years

Age Limit as of 01/05/2021. Age Relaxation is applicable through Government Rules. OBC/EWS category candidates 03 Years Relaxation, SC and ST category candidates 05 years Relaxation, PWD category candidates 10 years.

ICG Jobs 2021 Application Fee:

  • Rs. 250/- for General, OBC category.
  • Rs. 0 for SC, ST Category.

Method of Payment: Application fee pay only by Online fee mode with a Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking.

ICG Recruitment 2021 Eligible Criteria:

Education Qualification

Navik (General Duty-GD)

  • 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Navik (Domestic Branch-DB)

  • 10th Class passed from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Yantrik

  • 10th class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE)” and “Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)”.
  • “10th& 12th class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE)” AND“Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)”.

Physical Qualification

Height

  • Minimum height 157 cms. Height standards may be reduced by up to 05 cms below 157 cms for candidates having domicile of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Garhwal, Sikkim and Andaman, and the Nicobar Islands. Height standards may be reduced by up to 02 cms for candidates having domicile of Lakshadweep.

Chest

  • It should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms.

Weight

  • Proportionate to height and age +-10 percentage acceptable.

ICG Vacancy 2021 Salary Structure:

Navik (General Duty).

  • Basic pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.

Navik(Domestic Branch).

  • Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus the Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on the nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.

Yantrik

  • Basic pay Rs. 29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ Rs. 6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation

ICG Jobs 2021 Selection Process:

The Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021 selection process includes the following rounds. Those who have qualified in the selection process will be shortlisted at the end.

  • Stage- I –Written Examination.
  • Stage-II Physical Fitness Test (Pass/Fail)
    • Document Verification (Pass/Fail)
    • Initial Medicals Examination (Pass/Fail)
  • Stage – III
    • Document Verification
    • Final Medicals at INS Chilka.
    • Submission of Original Document, Police Verification, and Other Associated Forms
  • Stage–IV
