ISP Recruitment 2020 Education Qualification for this Post:

✤ Welfare Officer:

(A) Degree or Diploma Courses, Rules, 1966 (attached as Annexure-A), recognized by the State of Maharashtra as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service) and
(B) Nominee in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety and Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for the appointment of a welfare officer in any other
(C) Possesses sufficient knowledge of Marathi language.
(D) Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in any industry/factory as Welfare Officer / Personnel Officer / Human Resource Executive in Human Resources or Welfare Department.
✤ Supervisor(Technical Operations):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Printing Technology.
Higher qualification i.e. B.Tech/B.E. Will also be considered in printing technology
✤ Supervisor(Technical Control):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Printing Technology.
Higher qualification i.e. B.Tech/B.E. Will also be considered in printing technology
✤ Supervisor(Technical Operations -Studio):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Fine Arts / Commercial Arts / Applicable Arts / Arts from a recognized university Institute.
Higher qualification means a degree in Fine Arts / Commercial Arts / Applied Arts from a recognized University / Institute is believed.
✤ Supervisor (Technical Operations –Mech.):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering i.e. B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) will also be considered.
✤ Supervisor (Technical Operations – Electrical):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Higher qualification in Electrical Engineering i.e. B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) will also be considered.
✤ Supervisor (Technical Operations) for Track & Trace:
First Class Full Time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering i.e. B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) will also be considered.
✤ Supervisor(Technical Operations – Electronics):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Computer Engineering.
Higher qualification in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/IT i.e. B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) will also be considered.
✤ Supervisor(Civil):
First Class Full Time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Higher qualification in Civil Engineering i.e. B.Tech/B.E./ B.Sc (Engg) will also be considered.

✤ Jr. Draftsman (Mech.):

Full-time ITI certificate in mechanical as well as one year NAC certificate from NCVT and five years of post-qualification experience in a related field of specialization.

ISP Recruitment 2020 Application Fee:

➤ 600/- For General and OBC Candidates 
➤ 200/- For the SC/ST/PWD.
➤ Mode of Payment:  Application Fee Pay only by Online fee mode Credit Card, Debit Card,  Net Banking.
➤ Therefore no other mode of payment will be accepted, hence candidates request to verify their eligibility before payment of application fee. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
➤ Applicants/candidates will only have to pay a non-refundable application fee through online payment between 22.11.2020 to 21.12.2020. (GST and service charges will be levied by the candidate from his transaction bank as applicable).

ISP Recruitment 2020 Probation:

Selected candidates will be put on probation for a period of one year. The probation period can be extended to a more maximum period At the discretion of the company in a year. The performance of the candidate is not found suitable even during the extended period of probation. His service will be terminated.

ISP Recruitment 2020 Execution of Bond:

Supervisor (S-1 level) and Welfare Officer (A-2 level) directly On recruitment from the open market, he will be liable to execute a bond of Two Lacksr to serve in the company for a minimum period of 3 years. Such supervisors must provide two sureties. 

In the event of leaving the company before completion of the minimum period of 3 years, such supervisors fail to compensate the company by paying the bond amount to be sure.

ISP Recruitment 2020 Accommodation:

All candidates selected on appointment will be eligible for Allocation of quarters as per the allocation rules of the company subject to availability.

☛ Online Written Examination

i) Selection for the posts will be done only through the examination test which will be conducted “online”. The online test will be objective type, which includes
