Indian Army Recruitment 2020 Education Qualification for this Post:

✤ Soldier General Duty & Soldier General Duty (IDG):
Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following a grading system of D grades (33–40) in individual subjects or grades that include 33% and an overall total of C2 grades.
✤ Soldier Technical:
Passed 10 + 2 / Intermediate Examination in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with 50% marks in aggregate marks and 40% in each subject.
✤ Soldier Technical (Aviation/ Ammunition Examiner):
10 + 2 / Intermediate Exam Passed Physics, science with chemistry, Mathematics and English with 50% Total Marks and 40% Marks each subject
✤ Soldier Nursing Assistant:
10 + 2 / Intermediate pass in Physics with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and minimum 40% in each subject.
✤ Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management:
10+2/Intermediate Exam pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce & Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Account/Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.
✤ Soldier Tradesman (10th Pass):
(i) Class 10th simple pass.
(ii) There is no stipulation in the total percentage but should be Scored a minimum of 33% in each subject.
✤ Soldier Tradesman (8th Pass):
(i) Class 8th simple pass.
(ii) There is no stipulation in the total percentage but should be Scored a minimum of 33% in each subject.

Indian Army Recruitment 2020 Physical Requirement:

✤ Required height: –
The required height for all posts is 167 CM, but for the post of Sainik General Duty, Sainik Tradesman 10Th Pass / Sainik Trademan 8Th Pass it is 168 cm and for Store Keeper / Soldier Clerk 162 CM.
 
✤ Required weight: –
Each candidate should weigh 50 kg. But for those candidates who want to apply for the post of Soldier Tradesman 10th Pass / Soldier Tradesman, 8 TH must be passed.
 
✤ Required chest: –
The required chest measurement for all the posts is 77 CM (+5 CM extension), but candidates who want to apply for the post of Soldier Tradesman 10th Pass / Soldier Tradesman 8th Pass, Soldier Technical / Soldier Technical Aviation, have 76 Should be CM’s chest. (+ 5 CM extension).
