✤ State Programme Coordinator
➤ Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Rural Management / Political Science / Sociology / Rural Development / Anthropology / Social Work / Development Studies / History and Social Science with similar subjects from any recognized University.
➤ Minimum Academic Standards: 60% marks in Secondary (Class X) or equivalent examination; 50% marks in higher secondary (class XII) or equivalent examination in any discipline; 50% marks in graduation in any of the above subjects; And 50% marks at the post-graduation level in any of the above subjects.
✤ Young Fellow

➤ Post Graduate Degree / 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science comprising Economics / Anthropology / Social Work / Rural Development / Rural Management / Political Science / Sociology / Development Studies / History and similar subjects.
From any recognized university.
➤ Minimum Academic Standards: 60% marks in Secondary (Class X) or equivalent examination; 50% marks in higher secondary (class XII) or equivalent examination in any discipline; 50% marks in graduation in any of the above subjects; And 50% marks at the post-graduation level in any of the above subjects
✤ Cluster Level Resource Person:

Class 12th passed from any recognized Board of Education.
2. Five years’ experience for the promotion of SHG or as Community Resource Person under SHG or Village Organization or Cluster Level Federation or SRLM or Certified Master Resource Persons of NIRDPR or Certified Master Trainers of NRLM / SRLM.
