Goal Statement Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) is the Government of India’s flagship program to achieve universal access to universal education (UEE) in a time-limited manner, as mandated by the 86th Amendment to the Constitution of India which provides free and compulsory education Creates rights.
