SBI Recruitment 2021 Eligible Criteria:

⇒ Education Qualification:

  • Basic Qualification: Full time MBA/ PGDM OR Post Graduate Management degree and full time BE/ B Tech in any stream.
  • The Institute should be recognized / approved by Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. Course completed through correspondence / part time will not be eligible.
  • Preferred Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates who possess MBA/ PGDM/ Post Graduation Management degree with specialization in Finance / Marketing / IT

⇒ Experience:

  • Minimum 48 months experience as an executive in Supervisory / Management Role in Scheduled Commercial Bank in Product Development in Retail Financial Domain (Personal, Gold, Car and Two Wheeler, Education and Consumer durable loan)

⇒ Specific Skill Required:

  • Product Development, Product Management, Digital Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills

The scale of pay scale applicable to the above grades is given above. Officers will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, Contributory Pension Fund, LFC, Medical facility etc. as per rules from time to time.

SBI Job 2021 Selection Process:

The State Bank Of India Recruitment 2021 selection process includes the following rounds. Those who have qualified in the selection process will be shortlisted at the end.

  • Shortlisting: Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications and experience will be called for interview. The short listing committee constituted by the bank will decide the short listing criteria and thereafter, a sufficient number of candidates, as decided by the bank, will be shortlisted and called for interview. Bank’s decision to call candidates for interview.
  • Interview: The interview will be of 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  • Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order only on the basis of marks obtained in interview. If more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (normal marks at the cut-off point), then such candidates will be In descending order according to their age, in the list.
