UPSC Recruitment 2020 Education Qualification for this Post:

✤ Assistant Legal Advisor:
(A) Degree in Law from a recognized university or institute; And (B) three years’ experience in dealing with the bar Criminal law or fiscal law.
or
(A) Master’s degree in law from a recognized university or institute; And (B) one year experience in bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws.
✤ Medical Physicist:
(A) Master’s degree in Physics from a recognized University as well as M.Sc. Diploma in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognized university and a minimum of twelve months internship in a recognized university Furnished Radiation Therapy Department.
Or (B) a basic degree in science from a recognized university with physics as one of the core subjects and a master’s degree in radiological or medical physics from a recognized university and an internship of minimum of Twelve months in a recognized well-equipped radiation therapy department.
✤ Public Prosecutor:
[A] (a) Degree in the law of a recognized university. (b) Basic knowledge of word processing on computers and the Internet. [B] Experience: 7 years of practice as an advocate in the conduct of criminal cases or 7 years of experience in the State Judicial Service or the Legal Department of the State or Central Government.
✤ Assistant Engineer (Electrical):
(a). Educational: Degree in Electrical Engineering from A recognized university/institute or equivalent. Note: or equivalent means the pass in section “A” and section “B” of AMIE of Institution of Engineer (India) in the relevant branch of engineering. (B) Experience: One year of experience in the relevant field. Note: “Relevant Field “means experience in the field of A. C. Plant / 11 KV HT or EHV substation for construction /maintenance works.

➤ Assistant Legal Advisor:
As per 7th CPC Plus Special in Level-11 Pay Matrix Security Allowance @ 20% of basic salary + allowable dress allowance per month approx. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
➤ Medical Physicist:
Level-10 per 7th CPC plus NPA in Pay Matrix.
➤ Public Prosecutor:
As per 7th CPC Plus Special in Level-10 Pay Matrix Security Allowance @ 20% of basic salary + allowable dress allowance per month approx. General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.
➤ Assistant Engineer (Electrical):
Level-10 in Pay Matrix as of 7th CPC. Group A
