Compliments on the above subject, 16- For the Gandhinagar North Assembly constituency, in the forthcoming assembly general election, 203 will be declared. And in this regard, District Collector Shri Gandhinagar’s Ta. Copy of letter No. 7/8/209 of letter No. Ikhelima / Vashi 30 to 5/207 and copy of both letters of Chief Electoral Officer, letter no. . As per the instructions of the headline, the information of the staff to be appointed on election duty has to be sought. In order to get the information of all the staff of secondary and higher secondary schools in the villages of 3-Gandhinagar North Assembly constituency as well as in the urban area as per the attached list of your subordinate office from the principals, the office here is requested to take action as per the time limit.
Further stating that in order to prepare a database of staff information a complete copy of the prescribed specimen form along with IMG-01 or E-2 as well as STATEMENT- & applicable prescribed specimen in all the columns filled hard copy as well as softcopy in English in RIAL FONT (EXCEL file). Request to be sent by 15.00 hrs on 15/06/207. Please note that no employee information remains. As well as the updated information including election card number, name of assembly constituency, voter list part number, voter list number and correct mobile number, and bank account number, bank name, IFSC code number and address. -02 as well as in TANT-A is requested to be sent along with a perfect knowledgeable employee.
