2 Before replenishing the form, the applicant must read the eligibility criteria given in the Prospectus very carefully. Allotted admission shall be considered provisional, and in case of any discrepancy found at any stage pertaining to conditions of eligibility, All the decisions of the University, including The cancellation of admission, shall be final. 3 Online applications can be made from 02-07-2020 from 11.00 am onwards to 16-07-2020 till 5.00 pm on the University website. Before filling the online form, keep a ready soft copy of most Documents S.S.C/H.S.C. Mark Sheet (ST, SC, SEBC, (Non-creamy layer) P.H., EWS, Sports) that you simply need certainly to upload. Only jpg/jpeg file of minimum 100 kb and a maximum 300 kb size and to be uploaded. In case a candidate has passed the 10th or 12th examination with more than one attempt, he/she shall have to generate the single PDF file (max. 5 MB) of all imprint sheets of the separate norm and transfer that PDF record as it were.
4 Candidate must give Mobile Number and Email ID to get application number and Password for the enrollment procedure for filling the online application structure. After getting the application number and password student has to fill up all the required information in the online admission form. The student has to keep the password with him until the entire admission process is completed and is advised to keep it secret.
5 Applicants who have passed the 12th Examination at first attempt during March 2019 or March 2020 will be able to see his/her marks on Dashboard after entering the exam seat number. The applicant should also check the same with his/her responsibility.
6 Information about subjects offered at colleges and Medium are given in the prospectus. Accordingly, the student can select the college of his/her choice. The student has to select a minimum of seven (07) colleges. The applicant is advised to fill the maximum number of available choices to maximize his chances of getting admission. Students can observe a list of all colleges in a particular district on the Dashboard and select college accordingly. There are both media available in one college (English & Gujarati). Students have to Select the choice carefully if students wish, they can select both Choices. |
