Reverting to the above topic, provision has been made for two parent meetings and documentation for the year 2022-23 (EDN-2, IEC Commun. Mob. in EAP of School of Excellence). In the current year, the celebration of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” is going on. 15th August-2022 Independence Day is to be organized. In terms of awareness and public awareness in the society, the village leaders should inform the citizens, educators, school going children and parents. The school will be enriched with more facilities. Also, all the children of the village will be sent for education regularly and will understand the necessity of quality education. As a result, good citizens will be formed by the school. If the parents are aware, then they will instill good morals in the children. In this regard, all the government primary schools in the state. Also it is hereby informed to organize parent convention in KGBV.
(1) Matters to be discussed at the Guardian Conference
– Discussion of different activities throughout the course. Consideration and reflection on school education WSDP (Whole School Development Plan).
– Discussion on school cleanliness, clean toilets and clean water..
Admission regularity of children Quality of education,
– Discussion on admission and special training program for out-of-school children in the age group of 6 to 14 years, seasonal hostel and school on wheels project,
– Har Ghar Tiranga as part of this year’s “Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav celebrations”
Informing the parents and students for what has been planned.
– Procurement and use of CSN equipment for children with special needs

-Proper arrangement of transport and escort facilities.
Contemplation for drop out and girl education
– Discussion about Gyankunj Project, Mission School of Excellence programme.

– Discussion about Model School and Model Day School,
– More emphasis on basic reading, writing and numeracy skills under NIPUN India
(r) Who shall be invited to the Guardian Conference. Apart from the members of SMC KMC, parents of other children studying in the school, elders, leaders of the area, role models of the village, village motivators and educators with active personality, (3) Discussion of activities in schools.
In the first session all the SMCs will have to plan to celebrate the Independence Day on 15th August 2022 in KMC. (4) Discussion of School Facility Grant
Rs.300/- for one parent conference (Rs.200/- for 1 parent conference and Rs.100/- for documentation) has been sanctioned.Thus two parent conferences per school in all government primary schools and KGBV. 600/- has to be spent. The program of 26th January will be informed in due course and a letter will be sent here. This expenditure is to be borrowed under (EDN-2, EAP of School of Excellence). The grant in this regard is directed to the D.P.S. Shris and Governing Officers to proceed as per PFMS in SMC KMC from district level. .
(5) The following special precautions should be taken in the parent conference: 1. The members coming to the parent convention will have to follow the (Covid-19) guide lines,

3. A detailed note should be kept of the parent conference and documentation should be done in the visiting book and signatures should be made.
4. It has to be seen that the recommendations made in the parent conference are implemented promptly.
5. The time of the parents’ meeting should be kept as convenient for the village leaders as well as the parents.
