PLANNING OF KALA UTSAV. Regarding the organization of painting, poetry, essay and oratory competition under La Utsav as part of the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav program.
In view of the above subject and context, it is stated that the State Government can provide inspiration and encouragement to the various arts and talents of the students on the basis of various skills, such as painting, poetry, essay, oratory, etc., and to guide the talented students.
As part of the celebration of Ka Amrut Mahotsav, various programs are organized under Kala-Utsav. These programs are properly managed and planned in every district from school level to district level with the coordination of DIET principals, DPEOs, governors and DEOs.
As part of the “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav” program in all the upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools in the state, various competitions such as drawing, poetry, essay and oratory competition will be organized in the art festival.
According to the above reference letter regarding holding various competitions based on the theme “Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” under the art festival, the State Government has inspired and encouraged the various arts and talents among the students as part of the development of various skills such as painting skills, literary skills, musical skills, etc.
In order to guide talented students, drawing competition, children’s competition, music (singing and playing) are organized in art festival as part of “Har Ghar Tiranga” program under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav program in every district starting from school level, district level diet, principal. , DPEO is done in coordination with the Governor and DEO.
Keeping in view the following instructions and the duration of the competition involved, necessary arrangements are made at the district level 1) In all Government, Grant-in-Aid and Independent Higher Primary and Middle-Higher Secondary Schools in the State as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” program under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav programme.
Organization of various competitions like painting, children’s poetry convention, music convention (singing and playing) should be made mandatory in the art festival.
