Math Science Environment Exhibition

Compliments on the above subject to state that as per the instruction received from NCERT, New Delhi, Science Mathematics Exhibition is to be organized this year also.  In this regard, the names of the main subject and sub-subject have been received from NCERT, New Delhi which is to be mentioned along with this.  

Detailed guidance and planning for the preparation of models will be reported later on. 

Subjects: All schools from Pani level;  Karan will take necessary action, Life Education and I will be given information on this subject in the main teacher test issue.  Please do not post the information on your website and keep it as it is.  

Compliments regarding the above subject and reference to state that the date of GCERT.  The letter dated 21/01/21 asked all schools to prepare models at their level with regard to planning Science-Mathematics and Environment Exhibition-2020-21.  

This planning is now done in online mode.  To conduct CRC-BRC SVS from your level to district level in online mode by coordinating with DEO / DPEO Shri, all the schools are asked to fix the date and inform all the schools about this.  Planning will have to be completed at CRC and SVS level during the current month.  

If the number is higher at taluka level and SVS level, to organize online mode during more than one day.  During the online mode, each participant will be given 10 minutes to present.  Also inform everyone about what to include in the presentation according to the assessment criteria.  

Necessary forms have to be prepared along with all the matters related to this exhibition organized at all levels.  Under the guidance of the principal, the science advisor of the district will have to arrange a meeting with all the diet liaisons and give all the information.  

These exhibitions up to the district level were coordinated by the Diet Liaison with the concerned taluka team.  Must be completed by April 30, 2021.  Considering all the above details, you are asked to prepare the entire plan at your level and inform all concerned.
