MGVCL Recruitment 2020 Age Limit:
➤ As per Clause 2.10 of GERC (CGRF and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019, No person above the age of 65 years shall be appointed as the Chairperson.
MGVCL Recruitment 2020 Education Qualification for this Post:
✤ The candidate is
(i) a retired District Judge / a retired senior judicial officer or
(ii) a retired civil servant who is not below the rank of Collector, or
(iii) not below the rank of retired Electrical Engineer, Superintending Engineer or equivalent And having at least twenty (20) years of experience with sufficient knowledge of the power sector. Experience related to consumer affairs will be preferred. Candidate should have knowledge of Gujarati language i.e. Gujarati preferably of Gujarat state.
MGVCL Recruitment 2020 Application Fee:

MGVCL Recruitment 2020 Salary:
✤ The remuneration fee will be Rs. 5,000/- per sitting along with to and fro transportation facility and as may be laid down by the GERC from time to time. The Forum shall hold at least one sitting a week on a specific day in any district place of MGVCL Godhra circle Jurisdiction.
MGVCL Recruitment 2020 Job Description:
✤ The Chairman shall have the general powers of the Superintendent and shall control the Forum. It will be seen by the chairman that the forum functions as per GERC Rules.
✤ MGVCL of Panchmahal, Dahod, and Mahisagar districts will hold a meeting on a specific day in a week for the redressal of consumer complaints Contact the forum. The forum will have jurisdiction within the area supplied by MGVCL of Panchmahal, Dahod, and Mahisagar.
MGVCL Recruitment 2020 Other Terms & Conditions:
☛.Management reserves the right to shortlist, select or reject any candidate and may shorten/extend the term of the contract as the case may be for selection.
☛ Applicants will be individuals of experience, ability, integrity, and standing.
☛ No person shall be eligible if he is in the service of MGVCL at any time. Prematurely – two (2) years from the date of such event Vacancy for which appointment is to be made.
☛ Incomplete applications or applications without enclosures shall be rejected without reasons therefor. The candidate is required to meet all educational and experience criteria, otherwise, the application will not be considered.
☛ Photocopies of all educational, race, age, and experience certificates should be attached to the application form along with the list of such announcers.
☛ Passport size photograph should be pasted on the application.
☛ Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
