Moreover, various representations were made regarding permission to participate in district internal transfer camp and district internal Aras-Paras transfer by the legislators appointed on the condition of performing duties for 10 (ten) years in the same taluka. In the details of Latters Patent Appeal (LPA) No.-1014 of 2023 and in the case connected with it, the oral order dated 09-06-2023 of the High Court and after considering the various representations received by the department, at the end of mature consideration, in the resolution of this department as per reference (3) below Amended accordingly.
